What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

(we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We may use information and letters you provided us when discussing or reviewing your claim to an insurance carrier or law firm.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

By viewing our site, requesting estimates, appraisals or anytime you conduct business with us, you hereby consent to all the terms and conditions on this page. You also agree to hold harmless Triple Net Group LLC, Car Appraisals & Claims LLC and Tony Rached from all and any errors and omissions arising from our professional appraisal services.

Appraisal Terms and Conditions:

Triple Net Group LLC,  Car Appraisals & Claims LLC or their affiliated companies do not provide or offer legal advice. None of the information contained on the website, nor any of the information provided in the reports or other documents available for purchase shall be considered in any form to be legal advice or an offer to provide legal advice. The reports offered for purchases are offered on an as-is basis. The information contained in any of our reports is based on our professional opinion developed through years of experience & training.

On a first party claims, we will decide the settlement amount independently from the primaries in the claim (you and your insurance company). We shall also settle the claim according to our own discretion. No refunds are allowed on first party claims. We reserve the right to refuse service when the claim is suspected of being fraudulent or erroneous. We also reserve the right to refuse service to clients who attempt to influence or affect our opinion or valuations.

On a first party claim, it is your duty to verify that your carrier will accept a desk appraisal and not demand a field inspection. If that is the case, please contact us before ordering the appraisal report. There is nothing in a policy’s appraisal clause that requires your appraiser to physically inspect the vehicle, please read your policy carefully before hiring us.

Our company is not affiliated or has any connection or association with  CCC, JD Power Mitchell, Audatex or any insurance carrier or independent adjuster.

 

 Affiliated Attorney Referrals:

On occasion, we may suggest escalating your claim. We normally  send out the name and contact information of an attorney who may help you. It is your duty to contact that attorney, all negotiations or dealings with that attorney are kept private and away from our view or influence. We never collect any referral fees or additional they shares our overall philosophy and general opinions about loss in value. Attorneys we refer to you never change any upfront fees and will use the appraisal you already paid for to move the claim along.

Complaints and Reviews: 

We appreciate all comments and feedback from our clients. If you have any problems or concerns with our service or if you’re unsatisfied in any way, please contact us directly before posting negative reviews online or otherwise. Our corporate attorney is Mark Calhoun Esq. Tel# 770-409-1529 .

As a company-wide policy,  receipt of slanderous or inaccurate remarks or reviews against our company, affiliated companies, employees or other affiliates or partners, we shall aggressively pursue legal action for Libel under O.C.G.A. § 51-5-1.  

Total Loss Appraisal General Guidelines :

  1. Vehicles must be $3,000 or more
  2. We need a copy of the insurer’s vehicle valuation report
  3. We will not be disputing the condition stated in the insurer’s report because we’re normally not inspecting the vehicle
  4. There is no guarantee our counter valuation will be greater than the insurer
  5. Our comparable vehicles are as of the date of the appraisal not the date of loss
  6. If the insurer is requesting a physical inspection, please do not order a desk appraisal
  7. Our appraisal fee is non-refundable
